The Calgary Italian Bakery Ltd. is one of the largest and most significant independent bakeries in Western Canada. Luigi and Myrl Bontorin founded the company in 1962 and the success of the enterprise did not happen by accident. It is the result of years of dedication to product quality and consistency, good service, and plain old hard work by all 80 staff members of the bakery.

It all began in 1992 when Johanne Dion, the company’s founder, was on a trip to London. As she was sitting on the patio of a teahouse, she heard Big Ben chime four times. Four O’Clock was born! Driven by a desire to share unique and refined blends with Canadians, Johanne returned to Montreal, where she and her team began developing teas and herbal teas.

Eighty Six Coffee is a new business that provides high-quality, full-service distribution of coffee, specialty beverages and beverage-related supplies. We offer our services to cafes, restaurants, hotels, churches and offices throughout the Calgary, Canmore, and Banff markets. Eighty Six Coffee is owned by Chad Salyn and Geoffrey Miller. Our combined experience brings a focus on customer service, product quality, sales/distribution, and over 30 years in hospitality management.

Raven’s Nest Farm is a small, family-run farm located in East Rocky View County, just outside of Airdrie, Alberta. We grow fresh, indoor-grown leafy greens and herbs for our local community using small-batch, hands-on growing practices, year-round.
